• The Cashew trees grow up to 32 feet tall
• The nutshell of the cashew is toxic
• The US consumes over 90% of the world's cashew production
• The cashew is high in iron
• If you have kidney or gallbladder issues, you should avoid cashews because they contain oxalates, which can aggravate those conditions
• The cashews grow at the base of a sweet apple
